Buenos días Esther,

gracias por sus comentarios, le respondimos a numerosos email, explicando el motivo por el cuál su pedido no llegó el día acordado y pidiéndole disculpas (nosotros contratamos un servicio de transporte para entregar al día siguiente) pero ese servicio no fue cumplido por la agencia de transporte, algo que por desgracia suele pasar en épocas navideñas por acumulación de trabajo de las agencias de transporte,
