El envío fue un desatino, solicitado un sábado preparado y enviado por MRW el lunes, se entrego tras varias gestiones con el transportista que nunca supo de irnos donde ni cuando se entregaría, se entregó el VIERNES. Aunque informe a Regalos Gourmet por email, no tuve contestación alguna. La caja con el jamón loncheado y 4 quesos debió pasearse por todos los al almacenes de MRW, llegando finalmente a San Juan de Alicante, ultima estación y peor explicación de dónde se encontraba y cuando lo recibiría.
Ese día me fue entregado con un paquete caja totalmente deteriorado.

Excelente todo; y sobre todo el trato con Mónica.
Lo único es que la agencia que trae los productos MRW no avisa cuando llegan y los autónomos nos cuesta coordinar la entrega.
Pero respecto a la empresa de productos todo espectacular y de muy buena calidad. Seriedad y formalidad.
