Doy sólo 2 estrellas por mi mala experiencia con el transporte que ahora contaré, pero el la parte que he podido salvar está muy buena y la recomiendo. Pero el transporte es otra cosa, la caja de transporte llegó perforada por algo que dañó a su vez el plástico protector de este queso y otra caja de quesos que había comprado. El queso en cuestión llegó con la parte que había quedado sin protección en mal estado pero he podido aprovechar casi la mitad, y he de decir que está muy bueno, es un queso con bastante carácter pero al mismo tiempo muy agradable de sabor lo recomiendo encarecidamente y aunque yo no haya tenido suerte con el transporte y haya tenido que tirar un queso de trufa al carbón y medio de este lo sigo recomendando porque están muy buenos y la empresa no tiene la culpa del transporte.
