El envío fue rápido y todo llegó correctamente. Solo he abierto uno de los sobres (es del empiece de la paleta, por lo que tiene bastante grasa) y el sabor es bueno, así como el aroma. Para ser 75% ibérico y de bellota el precio es muy interesante y, además, el sabor y la textura son bastante buenos.

Me decidí por este jamón porque no tiene ingredientes artificiales. Tiene un buen punto de maduración y un buen sabor, temía que, al ser reducido en sal resultara insipido, pero no ha sido así, está muy bueno. Como es dehuesado resulta mucho mas fácil de cortar.
