El jamón es MUY bueno. Pero…. a pesar de ser un GranReserva, creo que le faltaba curación. Salió, especialmente algunas zonas, muy tierno-crudo. En parte lo estamos resolviendo a base de cortarlo en seis mazas y dejarlo secar envuelto en un trapo.

Cada producto he valorado muy positivamente, ahora en general confirmo una atención rápida y eficiente, muy bien envasado, por poner algo que mejorar, a mi personalmente que compro casi todo por internet, hay transportistas mejor coordinados, por lo menos en mi zona, por ejemplo Correos Express, y otros que indican fecha y franja horaria de entrega, pero eso es muy particular mio
