1 star, because I am being asked to review the service when I still have not received the product that I have paid for.

I appreciate that due to current global circumstances deliveries may be off but today marks double the estimated time of delivery. I only gained visibility on tracking a few days ago and can see the item has been stationary for the past 3 days and the same 3 days previous to that in a different warehouse. A new delivery method is needed or better manage customers delivery expectations.

I hope I receive what I paid for and it's been worth the wait.
