El envio bien, lo que no me ha hecho ninguna gracia es que justo después de haber

Llegó en color naranja a pesar que en la caja indicaba el rojo y al ponerme en contacto con la atención al cliente, me ofreció devolverlo, pero no cambiarlo por el color correspondiente. Adjunto imagen de la bobina. En la primera pieza impresa, el color era el naranja. Compré también el red Galactic y este otro sí que se distinguía el rojo correcto.

Pues a falta de probar el filamento, la primera impresión no ha sido muy buena. La "caja antiestrés" es una caja normal y corriente (de cartón fino), la bolsa de vacío es correcta, pero una vez que la abra, la protección frente a la humedad será cero, en la caja no viene bolsita desecante ni bolsa con cierre hermético. Y lo peor de todo es el bobinado, esta MUY LIADO... a ver cuando lo use si no se hacen nudos...
Sensación general por ahora, un poco decepcionado.
