Pedi 2 rollos de 500 gramos, uno de ellos por error me lo dieron de 3mm en vez de 1,75, reclame y me enviaron el correcto. El 2o rollo me lo cambiaron al cabo de unos dias por no tener el diámetro correcto, me enviaron otro a pesar de haber gastado unos 300 gramos por lo tanto le doy un 10 al servicio postventa pues responden rápido.

creo que las descripciones de los productos no son suficientemente claras y/o inducen a confusion. Los filamentos son muuuucho mas blandos de lo que se da a entender. No me sirven.

justo este filamento es el más blando de todos los flexibles de los que disponemos. Dentro de la familia eFil de filamentos elásticos puedes encontrar las durezas 90A y 60D. Muy contento hasta la fecha, pero últimamente en el bobinado aparecen ondulaciones muy pronunciadas que producen atascos, el último roto también estaba deformado, pido bastante habitualmente por la calidad del filamento pero si el próximo pedido que acabo de hacer sigue con las ondulaciones probaré otro filamento una pena
