Buena calidad, servicio rápido y puntual.
Entre el envío de muestras, la aceptación y la recepción de la alfombra a penas llevaron 12 días. Buen embalado aunque sobresalía uno de los extremos que quedó un poco arrugado, pero que al cabo de un dia estaba perfecto.

La alfombra llegó muy rápido, el embalaje de transporte muy bueno y muy protegida.
La alfombra es tal como se describe, incluso con detalles de calidad que no esperaba. Ha superado con mucho las expectativas que tenia. Totalmente recomendable.

La tienda on line me parece muy bien diseñada , práctica e intuitiva. La atención al cliente es muy buena ya que se aprecia que enseguida tramitan los pedidos y si verifican que hay alguna incoherencia en tu petición contactan contigo y te aconsejan. Sin duda es una gran alternativa para adquirir una alfombra. Si vuelvo a necesitar, repetiré.

Buen producto. Buen trato al cliente con chat en directo online, y resolución instantánea de dudas. En 3 días el producto estaba entregado, sin ningún problema y tal y como se hizo el pedido.
