Bonjour Madame, Nous regrettons vraiment cet inconvénient. La procédure habituelle du transporteur est la suivante: au bout de 2 tentatives de livraison infructueuses, un SMS est envoyé indiquant le numéro de suivi ainsi que le nom du point relais. Dans votre cas, après avoir pris contact avec SEUR/DPD, ils nous ont informés qu'il y a eu un manquement et que le SMS n'a pas été envoyé. Nous en sommes vraiment désolés.

Der Mülleimer ist recht klein aber das ist ok. Schade ist, dass er mit leichten Beulen ankam. Stammt nicht vom Transport sondern sieht eher nach mangelnder Qualitätskontrolle aus.

J'ai commandé 2 batteries porte-clefs 1200 micro USB, seul un des deux fonctionne, il est impossible de charger le second, il est défectueux et donc inutilisable, décevant, reste à savoir si celui qui fonctionne le restera...

Sur le principe, ce produit est super canon et bien pensé.
Hélas la qualité est vraiment piètre. Au delà de l'assemblage bois peu robuste (mais sa qualité était indiquée dans la description), les finitions sont brouillon, la stabilité d'ensemble est approximative, et même l'inscription "pantone" est un peu dégoulinante.
En fait ca ressemble à un produit Alibabaexpress/Wish.
Le prix n'est pas excessif, mais tout de même, plus de 30euro pour une qualité de finition clairement pas au RDV.
