Il tracking della spedizione quando è arrivato è stato fermo per una settimana.

Per quanto riguarda le email, ci siamo assicurati che siano state inviate, anche se la cosa più probabile è che trattandosi di una email del tuo dominio, siano finite nella tua cartella spam.
