La goma de mampara viene defectuosa. Sale del riel no se engancha bien modelo de mampara Agata. Hice una reclamación hace una semana. Y nada. No tengo respuesta por el parte de baño web donde he comprado. Me mandan hablar con proveedor. ??? Porque el cliente tiene que hablar con proveedor? Yo compre con baño web. Y el producto tiene garantía. Pues nada no puedo usar la mampara.

Inessa, no le hemos mandado a hablar con el proveedor, el proveedor le ha llamado por indicacion nuestra para saber que le ha pasado ya que nunca nadie habia roto esa goma, con fecha de ayer Lunes le salio una goma nueva y ademas sin cargo, no se preocupe que quedara solucionado con total certeza.

Quería dejar una muy buena referencia en cuanto a mi experiencia comprando una tapa para wc, no sabíamos el modelo y nos lo identificaron con unas fotos por wassap, cuando llegó, a simple vista pensé que no valía( y como ya había pasado una Odisea hasta llegar aquí con la puñetera tapa del water) les escribí bastante enfadada, a lo cual, con mucha paciencia me respondieron explicándome bien cómo tenía que hacer para adaptarla, la tapa queda perfecta.
De nuevo me disculpo con la persona con la que traté y agradezco el buen servicio, ojalá hubieran sido mi primera opción, me hubiese ahorrado tiempo y dolor de cabeza…

Ante todo resaltar el buen servicio. Es muy difícil encontrar piezas de tanto años.
La tapa está muy bien hecha y el color muy acertado.
Solo hacer una indicación, los herrajes de la tapa están más juntos que el de la tapa original, siendo su encaje con el wc a la inversa que el original. Al estar más juntos, la tapa tiene algo de holgura y se mueve un poco.
Respecto a cómo llegó el paquete, está aún poco deteriorada la caja, presentando una pequeña rascada en el lateral de la tapa.
