Por el momento no tengo nada malo que decir, el trato escepcional, muy atentos y rápidos en contestar. La entrega lo mismo, les comenté cuando teniamos previsto empezar la reforma de nuestros clientes y el material llegó antes de tiempo. El plato es ligero y pinta muy bien tanto en acabado, color y material. Espero respuesta por parte de mi operario para saber que tal su instalación, que seguro es muy buena.

Llegó perfectamente y relativamente pronto.
Destacar que a la semana de hacer el pedido, pregunté sobre el estado del envío y ahí falló su logística... porque me dieron una fecha de entrega posterior a la real.

La tapa WC para modelo Atlanta color visón vino perfectamente embalada y el color es prácticamente igual al original ( yo no noto diferencia).
Es fácil de instalar pues viene con los herrajes correspondientes y si , por algún motivo, no te gustan, puedes cambiarlos y colocar los que te gusten.

Ni se te ocurra comprar aquí se desentienden totalmente cuando la mercancía llega en mal estado. Y encima cuando les reclamas te hablan de muy malas formas. Dicen que 24 horas después de habértelo entregado no se hacen responsables.

Correcto Sra. y además, esta perfectamente detallado y explicado en las condiciones de envío y entrega y si el pedido se hace telefónico lo explicamos con detalle verbalmente para que lo tengan en cuenta. lo que no se puede es dar un golpe al producto y reclamarlo 5 días después como si no lo hubiese roto usted.
