Es un producto con un acabado perfecto, si bien que en mi opinión le faltaba la opción de poderlo fijar con adhesivo al azulejo, sin necesidad de tener que hacer taladros. Pero después de haberlo intentado con Araldit, desistí y opté por taladros en la pared, tacos plásticos y tornillos.

Antes de realizar el pedido, una tapa de WC, me quise asegurar si disponían de stock y pregunté por WhatsApp. Me contestaron que sí disponían, asi que procedí a realizar la compra por web. El pedido le realicé el 8 de abril, miércoles. A la semana seguía sin procesar y volví a preguntar. Tuve que llamar por tlf y la chica fue un tanto desagradable, y me dijo que los pedidos se gestionaban los viernes y tenían mucha demanda, que ya me informaría. No me informó. Finalmente me llegó el día 20.

La tapa inodoro se adapta perfectamente a mí inodoro Gala Marina anterior 2007, tal y como explican en su web. Producto con gran relación calidad precio. Es robusta y encaja perfectamente en anclajes. El envío fue rápido.

El antivaho para el espejo son 2 zonas, no es todo el espejo. Al primer email que escribí me contestaron y aconsejaron de encenderlo un tiempo antes de usarlo, pero tampoco funcionó. Les escribí otra vez y no me contestaron.
Para lo que cuesta el espejo no me parece bien.

Atención de 10 por parte de atención al cliente. Compramos 2 grifos de lavabo y uno de ducha en su web, buen precio y enviado impecable pero tuvimos problemas con uno de los grifos, y ellos se preocuparon personalmente de contactar varias veces con el fabricante para reponer las piezas afectadas.

Siempre atención exquisita y rápida respuesta, la verdad es que repetiremos con ellos siempre que nos haga falta cualquier otro producto y los recomendaremos siempre. A día de hoy se agradece mucho una atención tan dedicada como la de ellos.
