El trato durante la compra fue bueno. Les hice varias preguntas antes de comprar y atendieron a ellas sin problema y muy agradables. Pero el lavabo llego defectuoso. Les mande un correo diciendo que había llegado defectuoso y una fotografía del defecto (un defecto de fábrica) Y su primera respuesta fue negativa, sin atender que fue defecto de fábrica ni nada. Dieron por sentado que fue roto en el transporte o montaje y no atendieron a la fotografía ni nada más. Luego ya se lo aclare, mande más fotografías... y no pusieron problema. Eso si, la reclamación la hice el día 17 de noviembre y recibí el lavabo nuevo el 25 de noviembre. Es una semana sin lavabo en el baño, que entiendo que eso no es culpa de ellos. En resumen, todo genial, salvo la negativa a la primera, que luego se soluciono sin ningún problema.

Mi compra ha ido perfecta; incluso he tenido un problema con un armario de baño que vino con una pequeña tara y me lo cambiaron inmediatamente. De hecho apenas habían recogido del defectuoso cuando llegaba el nuevo. Recomendable al 100%.

Mí opinión a cerca del producto y de la atención al cliente no podría ser mejor. Compre un mueble para el baño, hubo un error con el envío y desde atención al cliente me lo subsanaron en el momento... el problema es con la empresa de transportes, que tardaron 4 días en repartir el paquete, con el consiguiente retraso en la obra
