El producto está bien pero el servicio de envío es muy malo. Solicité el envío en 48 horas como publican y recibí el pedido al cabo de una semana; creo que es un punto que deben mejorar. Gracias.

Hemos pasado nota a la agencia para que se pongan las pilas, nos dicen que al pillar por medio el puente por eso se ha retrasado mas. paso de ser entregado de 2 a 5 dias
disculpe las molestias ocasionadas, ya estamos trabajando en mejorar nuestro transporte

se supone que el pedido me llegaría entre 24 y 48 hrs y ya pasaron 10 días y sigue sin llegarme. Les escribí para preguntar sobre el y me dijeron que seguro me llegaría hace 2 días. Ahora lo necesito urgente y no lo tengo.

Mellisa en su caso lleva razon, el fallo fue nuestro en la gestión del envio y a todo esto se unió que faltaba su numero de piso al rellenar los datos de entrega y la agencia no localizaba su casa tal y como ha hablado hoy con nuestros compañeros de almacen. Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas, esperemos que el producto por lo menos este a la altura

Los productos no se como serán porque todavía no han llegado. El servicio es pésimo
No deberían ofertar la opción de entrega 24 horas con suplemento si no pueden cumplir
Encontré la empresa en Amazon y decidí comprar directamente, me equivoque
Lo minimo seria reembolsarnos el suplemento de entrega 24h

Buenas tardes, usted pidió un relleno de cojín que esta claramente señalado en la pagina de compra que la preparación es de 48 a 72 (Relleno 80x80) horas por sus medidas tan grandes, ya que tuvimos que fabricarlo. Tras conversación telefonica quedamos tranquilos de que los recibió en el plazo marcado y que ha quedado satisfecha. Seguimos trabajando duro Y recordamos a todos nuestros clientes que pueden llamarnos para cualquier duda al telefono de fabrica 953700730 donde estaremos encantados de atenderles.
