El envio me parece carisimo, yo trabajo con dos agencias de transporte (para un material que abulta y pesa mas y me sale mucho mas barato, y soy particular) seguro que podriais encontrar un precio muchisimo mejor para los clientes.

Gracias por tu comentario Marina, Nos encanta que el producto este a la altura. Por otro lado sabemos que los envíos cuando se trata de un único producto salen más caros al contrario que si pides mas de 4. Nosotros trabajamos con Tourline Express y por el tipo de productos que vendemos nos cobran por volumen y no por peso lo que juega en nuestra contra para pedidos pequeños como el tuyo. Vamos a seguir buscando agencias para intentar mejorar este aspecto.

Al realizar la compra quería pagar con paypal pero me pasaron directamente a pago por transferencia. Era poco importe y no me importó, pero debería permitir esta forma de pago si así lo anuncian en la página. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

Gracias por su comentario Maria, ya hemos incorporado el pago directo con tarjeta. Además hemos elevado la seguirdad de la web a SSL https (el candadito verde de arriba) para proteger los datos de los clientes que paguen a través de este método.

Hola, he de decir que el envío ha sido bastante rápido y correcto. Lo único negativo encuentro que ha sido la recepción del paquete. El mensajero llegó diciendo que no había nadie en casa. Le ofrecí una dirección donde dejarlo en la misma población (a 3 minutos del lugar)y dijo que no podía. Ante su negativa le ofrecí esperar 5 minutos ya que yo resido en otra población y la espera sí que la acepto cuando era de mayor tiempo que la entrega. Encuentro que por el coste de los portes (casi como el producto total) podrían ser un poco más profesionales. Por lo demás, todo muy correcto.

Gracias por tu comentario Esther, una vez sale el paquete de nuestros almacenes y llega a tu hogar pasará por unos 10 operarios de media entre logística, etiquetas, repartidores, etc... toda esta gente es ajena a nuestra empresa y hay veces en que das con un "personaje" y entendemos tu queja. Ya hemos dado un toque de atención a nuestra agencia para que se pongan las pilas con esto!
Agradecemos que el producto sea de 10 porque a fin de cuentas es lo que realmente controlamos en Decortina.
