El envio fue correcto, pero vds. estan exigiendo un comentario mediante acoso ya que me han remitido este correo 4 veces en 24horas !
Esto es muy molesto y sinceramente me lo pensare mucho antes de volver a utilizar sus servicios.

Lo siento Maria pero el envío de los correos estos no los hace DECORTINA, los hace el gestor de comentarios REVI, de ahí que nosotros no controlemos ninguno de estos mensajes y no podamos modificar nada. Sentimos que hayan sido tan pesados, acabamos de mandar una reclamación para que esto no pase con mas clientes. Gracias por su comentario

Germán la agencia pasó el Jueves y no estaba en casa según nos dicen, el Lunes vuelven a pasar, le hemos facilitado a la agencia su móvil para que lo llamen en el caso de que no se encuentre.

Pilar agradecemos mucho su comentario, agradecemos la puntuación de 10 en atención al cliente porque es nuestra máxima dar el mejor servicio y aceptamos ellos 2 en retraso de envio pero como ya le dijimos por teléfono hay veces que nuestros pedido pueden retrasarse 24 horas, disculpe de nuevo la demora. Vamos a trabajar duro para mejorar esto.

Agustin según vemos tu pedido debió ser entregado el pasado lunes. Depende la ubicación de la agencia en cada zona los envíos pueden variar su entrega hasta en 24 horas. Todo correcto. Única pega servicio mensajería. Por cuestiones trabajo no podía recoger antes de las 18:00 horas y se pasaron a las 14:01, al llamar para quedar resulta que a esa hora ya están en nave y no reparten, mas tardar sobre 17:30. Al final tuve que ir a recogerlo en persona.-

Reyes la agencia nos confirma que pasaron hasta en 2 ocasiones por su hogar y no había nadie. Vemos que ya se lo entregaron sin problema y esperamos que el producto sea de su agrado.
El pedido salió de nuestro almacén el día 6 de Abril. Hemos abierto una reclamación a la agencia para aclarar esto.
Decortina cumplió con el envío pero lamentablemente no controlamos el trabajo de las agencias de transporte. Sentimos las molestias que esto le haya podido causar.
