I have been asked to review a product I haven't even received yet. I had to contact customer service twice to see what was happening. The courier link they sent in the initial email didn't work. Customer service did give me a link when I finally got a reply via Whatapp (not email). I keep checking the link they sent but there seems to be slow movement with the courier. I still haven't got my product ordered over a week ago.

Aún no he recibido el pedido y estaba previsto recibirlo entre lunes 31/07 y martes de 01 /08 .
Por lo tanto mi opinión no es nada favorable y sigo a la espera.

En la información que aparecía en internet de la silla de playa que compré, indicaba que una de sus características, es que dicha silla era para aguantar un peso total de 120kg. Mi sorpresa fue que cuando llegó la silla en la etiqueta indicaba que sólo era para 110kg. Me he puesto en contacto con Distria y me comentan que la etiqueta de la silla es la correcta y no me han dado ninguna solución al asunto.
