En rupture de stock.
Sur 11 coupons de tissu commandés, 3 en rupture de stock.
J'ai reçu 20 cm de plus que les longueurs des 9 coupons reçus.
Pas de remboursement pour les tissus payés et non envoyés.
Seulement 20 cm de plus aux coupons reçus, ce qui ne me sert pas à grand chose, j'avais besoin de diversité, pas de quantité.

Désastreux. Terminé de commander ici. (c'est pas la premier problème. Je veux bien être compréhensive, mais faut pas arnaquer les clients)

Merci pour votre message , comme indiqué dans nos nombreux emails de réponses, 2 des 3 articles en rupture temporaires vous ont été renvoyés .
D'autre part , JAMAIS notre service préparation ne se permettra de remplacer 1 tissu en rupture en ajoutant de la quantité sur une autre , ce serait de la Malhonnêteté .
Pour conclure , vous indiquez que ce n'est pas le premier problème, nous avons remonté l'intégralité de notre boite email en retrouvant vos 3 commandes effectuées sur notre site , et la seule demande que nous retrouvons est votre demande de paiement en 2 chèques à encaissement différé pour votre commande , nous vous joignons une copie de celui-ci, mais comme vous dites , notre entité n'est pas commerçante .....
