El transporte pésimo. Tarde y volcado de aceite del motor por la caja.

Sentimos la incidencia en la entrega. Aunque el equipo salió correctamente preparado, en este caso el transporte no estuvo a la altura: se entregó tarde y en malas condiciones, y entendemos perfectamente tu malestar al recibirlo así.

En cuanto nos avisaste, te enviamos sin coste una botella de aceite para reponer el nivel y que pudieras poner el compresor en marcha cuanto antes.

Te agradecemos que nos lo comunicaras de inmediato para poder darte solución y tomamos nota para seguir insistiendo en que este tipo de entregas se realicen en mejores condiciones.

Tardo más de lo que pone en la página web (24-48 horas) y a mi tardo 1 semana. Además el compresor llegó con aceite tirado y el compresor con muy poco aceite con lo que no pude probarlo según llego. He de decir que en 48 horas me llegó un bote de aceite gratis.
