Gracias por tu valoración y sentimos las molestias. Este aspirador cuenta con 1.200 W de potencia y un caudal de 175 m³/h, por lo que debería ofrecer un buen rendimiento. Te recomendamos comprobar que el cabezal esté correctamente colocado y que no exista ninguna fuga de presión.

Respecto a las conexiones de los tubos, es normal que al principio encajen algo más duros, esto se debe a que son nuevos y así quedan bien fijados para evitar que se suelten durante el uso. Con el tiempo el acople resulta más sencillo.

Si aun así notas que la aspiración no es la adecuada, por favor ponte en contacto con nosotros por correo o teléfono. Nuestro equipo técnico revisará contigo el caso y, si fuera necesario, verificaremos el aspirador para descartar cualquier defecto.

Un trato cercano, además tuve un pequeño problema con una pieza y han respondido rápidamente en cuanto se notificó y se demostró el fallo, por lo que mi opinión es de 10, desde luego revisaré su web para futuras compras, ya que valoro mucho el que una persona esté detrás preocupada porque todo salga bien.
