Hola David, muchas gracias por tu opinión.

En este pedido la entrega se retrasó porque el repartidor no llegó a llamar al teléfono de contacto que facilitamos, y por ese motivo el envío quedó pendiente varios días.
En cuanto supimos de la incidencia, abrimos gestión con DHL como pudiste comprobar, para desbloquear el paquete y coordinar una nueva entrega.

Nos alegra que finalmente llegara correctamente y que hayamos podido resolverlo.
Gracias por tu paciencia y por actualizar tu valoración tras la resolución de la incidencia.

Gracias por tu comentario. Hemos visto que ya actualizaste la valoración del producto, cosa que te agradecemos mucho.
En esta valoración de la tienda quedó reflejado el primer mensaje (“ni siquiera me ha llegado el pedido”), correspondiente al momento en que la entrega estaba bloqueada.

Tal como gestionamos juntos, el retraso se debió a que el repartidor no llegó a llamar al teléfono de contacto facilitado, y una vez detectamos la incidencia abrimos una gestión urgente con DHL para desbloquear el envío y coordinar la nueva entrega.

Nos alegra que finalmente recibieras el pedido correctamente y que la incidencia quedara resuelta. Agradecemos de nuevo tu paciencia durante el proceso.
