Compré este Samsung Galaxy 9 por su calidad, en teoría, y confiando en esta página y a las 3 semanas me da error de cámara y no funciona la cámara de fotos. No me lo cambian y me remiten al servicio técnico, tiene narices nuevo que es. En el servicio técnico lo repararán pero les parece muy raro. No sé que pensar...

Hola Sergio, muchas gracias por su comentario. Como le explicamos en conversación telefónica, la solución era enviarlo al fabricante para determinar las causas del problema y llegado el caso proceder a la reparación, de eso trata los 2 años de garantía que tiene el producto. Le ofrecimos la posibilidad de acudir directamente al fabricante ahorrando tiempo y estuvo Vd de acuerdo en lugar de gestionarlo nosotros. Mientras el problema sea reparable y pasados 15 días, Samsung no le va a sustituir un terminal ni tampoco a nosotros, sólo Apple o Xiaomi suelen ofrecer este tipo de solución. En garantía, nosotros no reparamos directamente (sólo el servicio técnico oficial está autorizado a ello) ni tampoco establecemos las condiciones de cada fabricante para la misma. No sabemos a que se refiere con eso de que pensar, cuando fue Vd mismo quien desprecintó el teléfono después de recibirlo y admite estar 3 semanas funcionando correctamente. Pero es que además todo sevicio técnico tiene historial de reparación de cada dispositivo y ellos conocen si es la primera vez que se repara (si les pareciera tan raro o tuvieran algún indicio de que el teléfono no fuera nuevo simplemente no se lo habrían admitido en garantía). Dicho esto, lamentamos los problemas que ha tenido con el producto adquirido en nuestra tienda y para futuras compras le recomendamos buscar otras alternativas si no está satisfecho con su compra o la atención recibida.
