El móvil me llegó en perfecto estado. Tardaron un poco pero también hice la comprar en black friday, por lo que considero que es normal. Para navidad, que es cuando lo quería, lo tenía. Además compré una funda que no tenían y me hicieron la devolución del dinero de manera inmediata.

Un desastre para enviarme el teléfono que compré (casi 15 días en recibirlo), e imposible la comunicación por teléfono u otro medio con ellos para saber cuál era el problema de tanta demora. Luego me envían la factura de compra, con fecha distinta a la que recibí el tlf, por lo tanto la garantía se me acaba antes de tiempo.

Estimada Clienta,

Su pedido lo realizó el pasado 30-nov. (sábado) en plena campaña de Black Friday, y lo recibió el 11-dic. esto no son 15 días sino en 5 días hábiles que es el plazo normal de entrega que se le indicó antes de realizar su compra.

Respecto a su factura, está emitida con fecha que se le envió el producto (8-dic.) sólo 3 días antes de que lo recibiera, ni siquiera es la fecha de compra/pago y no creemos que esta diferencia en el tiempo sea ningún problema.

De todo ello se le informa en nuestra web antes de la compra.

Como puede comprobar, todo fue correcto en su pedido, así que no entendemos muy bien por qué para Usted fue un desastre.
