Compré sabanas y cojines a conjunto de las sabanas. Tubieron un problema de fabricación con unos cojines y al final los tube que cambiar por otros. Lo que hizo que se retrasara la entrega del pedido. Luego cuando me llegaron las sabanas, las bajeras no era del tamaño que había comprado. Hablé con atención al cliente, fueron muy amables y solicitaron al fabricante de las sabanas unas nuevas. La empresa de transporte que utilizaron la segunda vez fué un desastre porque no entregaban el paquete, pero atención al cliente se preocupó en todo momento para hacer posible que me llegara. Las sabanas me gustan mucho, y la atención al cliente un 10. Pese a los pequeños problemas que tube, volveria a comprar.

Tardó mucho en llegar y además el color que pedí no se parece en nada al recibido. Cuando solicito un cambio me dicen que corren por mi cuenta los gastos de devolución que además son de 7.15€! Me parecen abusivos, desde luego no vuelvo a comprar nada más.

Cada pantalla tiene una resolución y no en todos los dispositivos la gama cromática se aprecia del mismo modo. En cuanto a los gastos de envío, incluyen manipulación y transporte. De todos modos, sentimos las molestias ocasionadas.
