El pedido llegó sin ningún problema y las sábanas son de calidad. La altura que pedimos se ajusta perfectamente a nuestro colchón. Estaría bien, sin embargo, que ofrecieran la opción de alto especial en bajeras 100% algodón.

He comprado un Store Traslúcido y la verdad esque es mas opaca que traslúcido, casi no deja pasar la Luz

Tardaron muchísimo en enviar el producto debido a una rotura de stock que no me comunicaron hasta que yo pregunté en atención al cliente.
La calidad del tejido es normalita, se lé adhieren todos los pelos y pelusas y el tacto no es demasiado agradable. Se ajusta bien al sofá, eso sí. En definitiva, no muy contenta.

Efectivamente tuvimos una rotura de stock y sentimos no ponernos en contacto con usted ya que no pensábamos que se demoraría tanto. Si la funda no es de tu agrado, tienes 14 días para cambios y devoluciones, siempre en caso de que la funda esté en perfecto estado y sin uso.

Compré una funda de colchón de cuna. Eso aparecía en el nombre del producto. Sin embargo, lo que me llegó a casa fue un protector. Algo que ni siquiera cubre los laterales del colchón. Además, tardaron como una semana en enviármelo, y en el seguimiento del pedido únicamente aparecía "en preparación".

Deberían dar más información sobre medidas y características del producto, así como de la evolución del envío.

Me hubiese gustado que la funda de la almohada también hubiese tenido otra que conjuntase más con la otra cara de colorines, ya que de esta manera no me gusta mucho como conjunta.
