Commande, emballage, délai de livraison, tout était parfait. Ayant jamais commandé sur votre site, j'ai renouvelé les oreillers d'une autre chambre et ça les yeux fermés .... je n'ai pas eu besoin du service client mais il fallait noter quand même, je suppose qu'il est à l'écoute et de bons conseils.
Très bons produits, je les recommande.

Problemas com a entrega. O transportador nao reconhecia a morada de entrega, e embora eu tenha entrado em contacto tanto com a Senso G como com a Seur, transportadora responsavel pela entrega, de forma a poder dar as coordenadas GPS e o meu numero pessoal para qualquer contacto ou duvida, nao vi o mesmo empenho da outra parte. Se nao tivesse insistido frequentemente para que eles fizessem a entrega com as novas informaçoes dadas, ainda hoje teria o meu colchao em stand by por "morada desconhecida". Fui sempre eu a ter a iniciativa de contactar a transportadora e nunca o contrario. Fora isso, o produto é, como ja sabia por ter outro igual, excelente.

Muy mala experiencia de atención al público y servicio postventa, ponen pegas te hacen justificarte como cliente, no dan soluciones, no resuelven y los productos relación calidad precio no son buenos, muy caros para la calidad y atención que ofrecen.

Lamentamos que desde nuestro departamento de post-venta no le hayan podido dar una solución a su problema, pero estará de acuerdo, que después de un año de la compra de su colchón no podemos realizar el cambio de modelo y medida de su colchon.
Nuevamente le pido disculpas por no poder atender su petición.
