buenas, compre el colchón por que se anunciaba como un colchón firme pero nada que ver, a resultado un colchón blando sin firmeza, me levanto cada dia con dolor de espalda.
voy a tener que cambiarlo para mi no vale nada, me siento estafado no recomendaría este colchón a nadie

Estoy muy contenta con el topper S5. Me ha cambiado la sensación del colchón. He comprado un colchón Flex en el Corte Inglés y por mal asesoramiento me llevé un colchón excesivamente duro. La empresa se ha negado a devolvérmelo y la única opción era un topper. Después de consultar en varias páginas web encontré el Senso 5, y me encuentro muy satisfecha. Se nota buena calidad, el servicio y la entrega de 10 y con 5 cm tengo más que de sobra. Un 10 para la empresa. Me comentaron que incluso si lo probaba y estaba insatisfecha me lo devolverían, nada que ver con Flex y con el Corte Inglés que que me han hecho tirar más de 1000 euros.

Todo correcto. El producto llegó super bien empaquetado y fue muy fácil de "montar". En cuanto al colchón apenas llevo un mes de utilizarlo pero lo poco que llevo durmiendo en él me parece muy cómodo y estoy muy contenta. En cuanto a la firmeza no es muy duro pero es muy estable, confortable y mullido.

El colchón es muy cómodo pero al principio fatal xq era durísimo y es que estaba la funda al revés lo de abajo en la parte de las tres primeras capas, y arriba quedaba la espuma de abajo ,así q como me extrañaba la dureza lo abrí y vi que había un error en la colocación de la funda ,desde entonces perfecto 💯 recomendado
