Une petite suggestion.... Envoyer un mail de bonne réception du paiement lorsque vous débitez sur le compte. J'ai dû me renseigner car je n'avais plus de nouvelle parce que le produit commandé n'était pas de stock. J'avoue que je me suis un peu demandé quoi. Mais finalement tout s'est bien passé par la suite. Merci à vous

La verdad es que estamos muy contentos con el colchón, es una maravilla; además bastante correcto de precio por su calidad. No sabía que podía existir un colchón tan bueno. Lo compré con un poco de reparos (por eso de no probarlo en tienda) pero los comentarios de los clientes me animaron para ello; así que no me arrepiento. Estamos muy cómodos. Yo duermo con mis hijitos en colecho y estamos felices. Su padre necesita un colchón nuevo, así que muy seguramente, lo volveremos a comprar en SensoG.
Sobre el envío un 10, el mensajero nos subió solo el colchón que pesaba un quintal; pobre hombre!!

Un completo desastre!!! tardé más de un mes en recibir mi pedido ... tuve que llamarles yo todas las veces y nadie se puso en contacto conmigo para saber si lo había recibido ... será mi última compra.

Lo sentimos mucho, cuando se trata de entrega de canapé dependemos de una empresa de transporte externa que se ocupa del montaje y es verdad que tardaron en entregarle el pedido por causa de los dias festivos dijeron. Esperemos por lo menos que esté contenta con los productos.

Ce sommier est silencieux et plus confortable que notre ancien à lattes. Nous occupons enfin tout le lit sans barre centrale gênante. Je ne regrette pas mon achat couplé avec un matelas G90.

Très contents de notre achat (nous avons le matelas G90 et le sommier tapissier 3D depuis 1mois environ). A voir sur la durée mais pour le moment nous avons retrouvés un bien meilleur sommeil et nous avons moins de douleurs au niveau des épaules et du dos. Bravo

Le surmatelas est top au niveau confort par contre il ne faisait pas les dimensions indiquées ( à peu près 3 cm de moins en longueur et 1.5 cm en largeur).
