Bien el producto y la entrega. Realmente bien. Me sorprendió el regalo que creí que había seleccionado en la página de solicitud por internet. Al no recibirlo llamé por teléfono (se me atendió rápido y correctamente) pero se me dijo que para formalizar el pedido del regalo (collarín) tenía que haber hecho algo con facebook. No lo entendí y además NO TENGO FACEBOOK. Por tanto, sorprendente y lamentable. Pero fue sólo un detalle negativo en una compra satisfactoria. A veces la guinda estropea el pastel. ***

Buenos colchones, buenos precios, rapidez de entrega y excelente trato personal ante cualquier inconveniente. Aun siendo el error mio me solucionaron el problema con rapidez y muy buen trato.

Para rizar el rizo, com vulgarmente se dice, lo unico que no se cumplio con exactitud fue la fecha de entrega, que se adelanto un dia y tuve que cambiar cierta coordinacion. Por todo lo demas nada que objetar del servicio. Un 10.

Si bien en su web indican que hay que ayudar al transportista, éste tras subir el colchón me dijo de firmar mientras bajábamos en el ascensor a por el somier. Una vez abajo y firmado, el transportista dijo que el no lo subía y se fue. A raíz de esto estoy con pruebas médicas por dolor de espalda.

Siempre he hecho mis compras en Senso-G. Son rápidos, eficientes y la atención personalizada es también excelente. Tuve un problema con la elección de un sommier que elegí erróneamente y me lo resolvieron de inmediato sin sobrecoste. Además resolvieron otro problema con el reparto eficazmente. Sin duda, seguiré comprando a este fabricante y lo voy a recomendar a todo el que me pregunte. Un 10!
