Compré un colchón hace unas semanas y vino defectuoso. Tras solicitar un cambio de colchón tardaron pocos días en traerme uno nuevo. Hasta aquí genial. El problema viene cuando me solicitan que para recoger el defectuoso tengo doblar por la mitad un colchón de 160x200, y meterlo en una caja y embalarlo. Es de locos creer que tengo la capacidad y fuerza de doblar un colchón por la mitad sin maquinaria adecuada si solo con sacarlo del canapé me costó muchísimo. Solo quiero que se lleven el colchón de mi casa y no hay manera. Solo se que tengo un colchón enorme en mi casa ocupando un espacio innecesario. El error fue de la empresa por mandarme un colchón defectuoso y ahora tengo que pagar yo las consecuencias, y es vergonzoso. Servicio de atención al cliente de muy baja calidad.

Foi a primeira experiência com um colchão de espuma viscoelástico e foi uma desilusão. Vinha de uma experiência com um colchão de molas e sacadas, satisfaz a minha preferência.
Não me consegui adaptar, tenho 80 kg, 1,82 m, o colchão Cool Smart afunda demasiado, acordava com dor nas costas e o sono era desconfortável. Ao mudar de posição a capa enrola debaixo do corpo.
De positivo, apenas a possibilidade de devolver o colchão, porque até os 50€ cobrado por este serviço, parece-me exagerado.
Para quem gostar de sentir o corpo direito num colchão, não recomendo.

Mi colchón es nuevo, pero muy firme. Con este topper descanso muchísimo mejor y ha solucionado mi problema. Es bastante envolvente. Estoy usando la parte de verano ahora, me gusta más. Es más fresca. Muy contenta con mi compra. Y el servicio de entrega, perfecto.

Compre un sensog S40 y mis conclusiones son las siguientes. Despues de 20 dias no mide 21 centimetros de grosor, solo 20 en la mayor parte del colchon pero en aproximadamente un tercio repartido entre los 2 extremos, no pasa de 19. A esto añadimos que las esquinas estan curvadas hacia abajo .
Sin embargo hay que decir que la relacion calidad precio no es mala, se puede dormir bien tras unos dias en los que te sorprende una fuerte sensacion de dureza a la que te acabas acostumbrando ya que al poco de tumbarte con el calor corporal se vuelve mas acogedor.
En resumen bueno para el precio que tiene, pero no apto para personas que busquen un colchon que no sea duro.
