Envío horrible, para no repetir. Desde que me notificaron la salida del envío a mi domicilio hasta que me contactó la empresa de mensajería pasó una semana. Correos Express nunca llegó a venir a casa y nos hicieron estar 3 días encerrados para notificarnos cada uno de ellos como ausentes. Finalmente tuvimos que gestionar la recogida en un punto de entrega ya que Starstick no resolvió el problema.

Servicio de transporte nefasto y sin resolución alguna por parte de starstick.
Pagamos gastos de envío para nada porque nunca llegaron a acercarse a casa. No lo recomiendo por ello aunque el producto sea bueno.

El producto es bueno y muy estético, queda genial en la pared, pero los problemas que nos dio su empresa de reparto no compensan. No volvería a comprar por ello. Trabajan con correos express y te notifican como ausente cuando no es verdad y la empresa no logró solucionarlo. Finalmente pagamos gastos de envío a domicilio para nada, 3 días en casa encerrados para no recibir el producto y un desplazamiento a un punto de recogida si queríamos conseguir los vinilos. Muy mal servicio.

StarStick is a family business from Barcelona specializing in children's wall stickers, decorative wall decals and educational stickers for schools. All our designs are hand-drawn by Xevi, our illustrator, one by one, without artificial intelligence. We manufacture in our Barcelona workshop using certified European materials, odour-free and non-toxic, safe for newborn babies.
We decorate bedrooms for babies, girls and boys, shared siblings' rooms and educational spaces: school staircases, corridors, classrooms, libraries and dining halls. We also work with hospitals and paediatric clinics throughout Spain.
