Descontenta, pensaba que tenía que venir un papel protector y el papel de la pizarra estaba un poco rozado. Me dieron la opción de hacer la devolución pero no sé ni en qué términos, creo que iba a ser más engorroso. Lo he puesto y no ha quedado muy mal. El vinilo comprado por primera vez me gustó y por quedar contenta hice nuevos pedidos pero ahora no volvería a comprar.
Estoy descontenta por no tener una manera sencilla de contactar, sólo por el formulario de la web quizá debierais valorar otros canales más fluidos y sencillos para el cliente.

Lamento que no le haya ido bien. Como le comentamos por email las pizarras se entregan sin transportador de colocación ya que no tiene piezas pequeñas que se puedan estropear y a la mayoría de la gente así le va mejor, es como colocar un papel de pared.

La pizarra queda espectacular, y se pinta y borra perfectamente. Hay que armarse de paciencia y calma para ponerla bien sin arrugas ni burbujas, es un trabajo muy lento y fino. He echado en falta unas instrucciones concretas sobre cómo poner la pizarra, ya que las que venían eran las instrucciones de los vinilos normales.
El resultado final hace que valga la pena el esfuerzo de ponerlo sin burbujas. Estamos encantados con el resultado final.

StarStick is a family business from Barcelona specializing in children's wall stickers, decorative wall decals and educational stickers for schools. All our designs are hand-drawn by Xevi, our illustrator, one by one, without artificial intelligence. We manufacture in our Barcelona workshop using certified European materials, odour-free and non-toxic, safe for newborn babies.
We decorate bedrooms for babies, girls and boys, shared siblings' rooms and educational spaces: school staircases, corridors, classrooms, libraries and dining halls. We also work with hospitals and paediatric clinics throughout Spain.
