Quiero simplemente comentar que después del tiempo que llevamos trabajando,no tengáis ninguna deferencia como clientes,me explico, la exigencia de cantidad económica mínima para poder realizar los pedidos, me supedita a la hora de realizalos , algunas veces tengo que esperar para reunir material y cuando lo hago dichos materiales no están disponibles y no me los subministráis ,si no es con el siguiente pedido, tiempo que algunos de nuestros clientes no están conformes en esperar. Encuentro que los pedidos de los que todavía ni ustedes disponen, no tendrían que descontarlos, como hacen Amazon y otras empresas de venta online. Hasta que no realizan el envío, no descuentan el importe.

Puede elegir contrareembolso para sus pedidos si no quiere dejarlo pagado, pero debe entender que hay productos con un plazo extendido, que consta claramente en las descripciones de los productos.
Lamento que nos valore tan poco, pero como le indico tiene varias formas de pago, y también contrareembolso (que otras webs ni ofrecen).

La verdad que de momento no tengo opinión porqué hice el pedido el pasado 21/05 y me consta que todavía no lo tienen todavía listo para enviar.
Respecto a la Att. al cliente no tengo quejas, todas las dudas me las han resuelto sin problema, pero me gustaría que con pedidos que están en reserva, se enviara de vez en cuando algún mail al cliente para informarle.

contento aunque algunas veces tarda algo mas pero acaba llegando satisfatoriamente y el cuidado con el envio es bueno.por mi parte es la mejor tienda de españa con respecto al tema de figuras y cosas de anime,mi favorita sin duda la aconsejo

Muy buenas, su pedido contiene varios productos con plazo de entrega 5-10 días laborables envío, por lo que es imposible que en 5 días hábiles enviemos su pedido.

Anteriormente realicé la compra del Nendoroid de Yuri Katsuki y quedé muy contenta con el trámite y procedimientos de compra del pedido. Lo único que podría parecer como un inconveniente es que son pre-órdenes y hay que esperar hasta que tengan en stook, pero en realidad es mucho más cómodo, fiable y seguro comprarlo a través de esta tienda y su plataforma online, lo aconsejo mucho.

Lo ideal sería que la web habilitara una opción que calculara automáticamente el pago parcial anticipado, y poder realizarlo a través de tarjeta.
