Todavia no he recivido el producto que pedi hace tres semanas, miro en la pagina y me sale que se lo han pedido al proveedor. Me gustaria que solucionasen eso pronto y que me pudieseis enviar mi pedido, gracias.

Los envíos que he hecho hasta el momento han llegado en el plazo acordado,o sea que no tengo queja, aunque la atención al cliente en algún caso me ha respondido de una forma en la que no me daba una respuesta concreta, pero en la grandísima mayoría de casos ha ido todo bien, por eso le doy 5 estrellas en envío y 4 en atención al cliente. A pesar de que el último pedido esté tardando mucho más de lo normal, pero es porque estaba fuera de stock y ya me han comunicado que llegara en breves, o sea que ningun problema.

La figura que compre Llego muy bien en el tiempo estimado pero el empaque es algo insuficiente para protejer el producto ya que se lo manipula en varios lugares y no toman en cuenta lo que esta dentro.
me encanto y espero hacer futuras compras con empaques mas protectores

Fue estupendo. Ellos mismos contactaron conmigo vía teléfono para hacer un pago parcial de la reserva, y posteriormente cuando yo avisé pagar el resto de la reserva. Fueron facilidades en todo momento. Da gusto realizar compras así.

No me hace mucha gracia que tratándose de una reserva haya que pagar todo el importe sin saber si la unidad está garantizada al 100% (al menos en mi caso que la he comprado después del plazo en que tenía figura asegurada).

Es una reserva así que todavía no puedo opinar sobre el envío.

Por teléfono no resolvieron mis dudas en relación con la reserva, pero por correo la respuesta fue rápida y clara.

Muy buenas Beatriz, respecto a la petición de mejora de precio de esta reserva, tal y como te comenté por email, no fue posible ya que en el enlace que nos enviaste la figura aparecía agotada.

He comprado el Link Twilight Princess de Figma y la caja ha venido chafada una esquina. El envio ha sido con Seur, no se quien de los 2 ha sido pero desde luego si voy a una tienda fisica una caja asi no la aceptaria.

Lo suelo pagar todo anticipadamente, pero que te retrasen pedidos por problemas internos suyos y te hagan pagar un envío extra deja mucho que desear...

El cliende compró en el mismo pedido una figura en stock, y otra que sale a la venta a finales de septiembre, por lo que como le informamos para enviar ya la figura en stock hacía falta partir el pedido en 2 y pagar 1 de los 2 gastos de envío.

El servicio es un desastre, la web es un caos y el panel de control de usuario inútil, porque no tienes ningún tipo de seguimiento de pedidos ni saber el estado si se han enviado o no. Además de que me hicieron pagar un envío que tuve que ir a recoger yo a Correos cuando se especifica claramente que ese tipo de envío es gratis.

El cliende compró en el mismo pedido una figura en stock, y otra que sale a la venta a finales de septiembre, por lo que como le informamos para enviar ya la figura en stock hacía falta partir el pedido en 2 y pagar 1 de los 2 gastos de envío. Mantuvimos informado al cliente en todo momento y pidiéndole permiso antes de realizar ningún cambio. Siempre que enviamos un pedido te llega un email automático informando de ello, así como aparece "Enviado" en el panel del cliente. Esta funcionalidad SÍ está disponible en nuestra web.
Respecto a la forma de envío, lo enviamos por la misma que eligió el cliente (entrega en oficina de Correos) por lo que si no nos dice lo contrario el cliente, nosotros lo enviamos así.
