Buenos días, efectivamente, la agencia de transporte envío su pedido erroneamente a otro lugar, estamos reclamándoles el seguimiento y en cuanto nos contesten, se lo comunicaremos. Por supuesto le reembolsaremos la parte correspondiente de los gastos de envío. Disculpen las molestias, pero los envíos itnernacionales pueden resultar complicados en periodo de fiesta.

Je vous ai passé deux commandes le mois dernier. La première (des arènes et un camion) est arrivée très rapidement. La seconde (l'équipe de trois toreros play mobil) passée le 27 Novembre n'est jamais arrivée. Vous deviez m'envoyer un second colis, la semaine dernière et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Je suis très mécontente, c'est un cadeau de Noël....... Que comptez-vous faire ? Merci. C.N.
