Muy descontento con el servicio. Compré una pala de más de 200 euros; cuando le retiro el plástico protector del grip, medio grip se sale con el plástico, seguramente por error de fabricación. La garantía no respondió y la única solución que me "podían ofrecer" era ponerme un cubregrip de 2 euros. Una vergüenza cómo se manejaron. Aparte tenía que llamar yo para ver el estado de la pala porque sólamente me dieron una actualización automática por mail de la garantía.

No me deja replicar así que respondo aquí. La queja principal era por el grip roto en una pala de 200 euros, del cual aún conservo el plástico con todo el grip pegado (adjunto foto). Claramente es algo de fabricación, de la cantidad de calor cuando pegaron el plástico. La pala no tenía ningún día de uso cuando presenté la queja y la garantía. Las burbujas eran algo secundario que, ya que se presentaba a garantía, se podía revisar. Creo que podrían haber hecho más que sólo poner un cubre grip que puedo comprar en Decathlon y ponerlo yo mismo.

Iuri, siento que no estés contento con nuestro servicio, como te indicamos después de comprar una pala y jugar con ella una semana no puedes devolverla y cambiarla por otro modelo. La garantía la abriste el 29 y el 1 estaba resuelta, en dos días. Por eso hablamos con la marca para que revisara las burbujitas que supuestamente tenía la pala y que el fabricante después de revisarlo no encontró, tampoco encontró problema alguna en el ruido, ni siquiera con tu queja del medio grip que nos indicas, la propia marca te hico una carta explicándote que no presentaba ninguno de los problemas que nos indicabas, el overgrip te lo ofrecimos nosotros de forma gratuita ante la negativa de la marca ante tu insistencia de intentar devolvernos un producto usado.
