La mejor tienda de padel en Valencia. Tienen mucha variedad, si en la web dice que un artículo está en stock es que lo tienen en tienda, la atención de los empleados un 12, el tiempo de entrega para envío a casa súper rápido, aunque compres online puedes devolver en tienda. Y la tienda en sí es grande y está genial decorada, es un gusto siempre pasarse por ahí a ver si hay algo nuevo y a respirar padel.

Busqué un paletero en Google y me mostraron Zona de Padel. En el anuncio Zona de Padel prometía entrega al día siguiente, después de realizar el pago esto cambió a dos días más. Cuando llegó el producto, abrí el paquete y la cremallera del compartimento principal estaba rota. Inmediatamente envié un correo electrónico a Zona de Padel explicando la situación. Eso fue hace 6 dias, desde entonces me han pedido dos veces los mismos datos, he tenido que enviar dos veces las fotos de la bolsa y luego me dicen que tardara entre 5-15 dias en tramitar la garantia y debo devolver la bolsa antes de que comiencen el proceso! El paletero estaba roto cuando lo recibí, les dije. Por qué no pueden enviarme un reemplazo o un reembolso? Por qué debo esperar al menos dos semanas más?
Esta es la peor empresa con la que he hecho negocios en Internet. Hay muchas compañías verdaderas, yo no usaría esta. Desde entonces, he leído reseñas de que este es un problema normal con Zona de Padel.

Una persona de Zona de Padel publicó una respuesta a mi reseña que no es del todo cierta.
Sí, me llamaron, pero solo después de que publiqué esta reseña.
Con el envío, el anuncio decía ENVÍO GRATIS para ese producto... no se pusieron condiciones. Es una pena que incluso al responder la revisión, esta empresa no pueda ser honesta.

Hola Stephen, por lo que veo en tu ficha, te recogieron el paletero de forma gratuita y te enviaron otro nuevo sin coste para tí, si tardó fue porque tu respuesta fue que ya lo enviarías cuando tuvieras tiempo. 🧐
Respecto al envío tienes dos modalidades de envío, una al día siguiente, y otra gratuita (que no pagas nada) y es más lenta, que es la que elegiste, el sistema te dijo 1 día y tu elegiste 3 días 😂
Trabajamos para intentar dar un servicio excelente, en ocasiones no se puede, pero te puede asegurar que lo intentamos y algunos clientes leen las opiniones positivas.
