Excelente el trato recibido en la tienda, compre una pala gracias a los consejos y asesoramiento del dependiente, además, con motivo de las buenas sensaciones recibidas volví días más tarde a por unas zapatillas. Los dos productos han sido un acierto! Totalmente recomendable

TIMO!!! ESTAFA!!!
Realice la compra de una pala y paletero, al no ser el modelo de pala que yo quería, devolví la pala a los dos días, en las mismas condiciones que me llegó, (el paletero no lo devolví porque si era el modelo que quería).
Me contestan diciendome que la pala no ha llegado en condiciones de devolución, por no tener el plástico protector en el mango, cuando la pala no había sido usada y simplemente la quise cambiar para coger otro modelo.
Siguen cobrandome el pago de una pala que se han quedado ellos.
Mi pregunta es si ahora ellos la pondrán en venta en su tienda y a mi me seguirán cobrando.

¡¡¡EXIJO MI DINERO!!!!

El de mi paletero no, ese obviamente me lo he quedado y no lo quiero devolver.

Es patético que una tienda así, te de la garantía de que si hay algún problema por cambio o devolución... Y luego te engañan....

Sentimos Adrián que no estés contento con el servicio ofrecido, tal como indicas la pala no llevaba el precinto de garantía, es decir NO llegó en las mismas condiciones que la compraste, en nuestro caso no vendemos palas de segunda mano, solo vendemos palas nuevas sin usar, tal como te la entregamos. Respondiendo a tu pregunta, la pala la tienes en la tienda para retirar cuando lo desees tal como te indicaron por teléfono.
