Commande VXFAUYKXN au cas où ces voleurs liraient les avis !!!!!
Une honte tout simplement !
Raquette reçue, à peine quinze minutes de jeu ,et la raquette se fissure !
J'ai envoyé 2 mails avec photos et numéro de commande.tout ce que j'ai reçu c'est une réponse automatique.Et aujourd'hui près d'un mois après on me demande comment s'est passé mon achat .

Información engañosa y nula responsabilidad por parte de Zona de Pádel

Quería probar palas de pádel antes de comprar y encontré su servicio de prueba, que indicaba un coste de 15 €. Antes de hacer el pedido, contacté por el chat de WhatsApp y el de la propia web para confirmar si pidiendo 2 o 3 palas de test el precio total seguía siendo 15 € siempre que las devolviese juntas. Me respondieron varias veces que sí, que costaría 15 € en total.

Con esa información, hice el pedido de 3 palas. Sin embargo, al gestionar la devolución conjunta por correo, me dicen que el chat se había equivocado y que realmente son 15 € por pala, es decir, 45 €. Ellos mismos reconocieron que su chat me dio información errónea, pero aun así se negaron a respetar lo que me habían indicado y me obligaron a pagar 45 €.

Tampoco me dejaron cancelar los pedidos. Además, durante mi intento de resolver esta situación por teléfono, la persona que me atendió me interrumpía constantemente y mantuvo un tono prepotente y xulesco, dificultando cualquier comunicación efectiva y mostrando una falta de respeto hacia el cliente.

He acabado pagando el triple de lo que me dijeron antes de contratar el servicio. Muy mala gestión, nula responsabilidad y cero cuidado por el cliente. No repetiré y no recomiendo su servicio.

Respecto a tu consulta, entendemos que pueda haber confusión o molestia, pero queremos aclarar que el servicio de test se cobra por cada pala solicitada, tal como se indica de forma transparente en nuestra web.

El coste cubre el uso del servicio, no una devolución, y al realizar el pedido, se aceptan las condiciones correspondientes. Si quieres hacer la devolución en un único envío puedes hacerlo, pero el servicio de test es por pala de pádel.

Como te hemos explicado, cuando un envío ya está en reparto, no es posible cancelarlo, ya que la gestión logística ya está en curso. Esto también está contemplado en nuestras políticas de envío y devoluciones, cuando te llegue el producto tan solo tienes que devolverlo.

Estamos a tu disposición para ayudarte a gestionar cualquier duda adicional sobre tu pedido o las condiciones del servicio. Queremos que tu experiencia con nosotros sea lo más clara y satisfactoria posible.

I have made an order on 25/7/25 and it was supposed to be delivered by 31/7/25. But the last time i received an email from them was “in progress” with “tracking information on the next email” but there was no more next email… today is already 2/8/25.. with no emails no nothing. I emailed them, no reply. Whatsapp very fast system reply but useless because they only ask me to email. Can anybody help??? Is this a scam?

Viendo en la página que en 24/48 horas podia tener la pala entregada, realicé un pedido el lunes 28 a las 7.15 y el miércoles 30 a las 7.29 ya lo tenia en el punto de recogida!! Superbien!! La pala impecable, en perfectisimo estado, ( solo me falta probarla!!) en cuanto al precio más barato que en otras páginas casi 20€ de diferencia comparado con la mayoria y 2€ más caro comparado con la más barata, la verdad es que he comprado en otras tiendas via internet pero nunca habia comprado aquí, pero sin duda va a ser una de las primeras opciones que mire a partir de ahora ya que la experiencia hasta ahora ha sido excelente.
