OJO CON SU POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCION :
Cambiar unas zapatillas de número con ticket regalo : stock reducido , no te pueden pedir el modelo , les pides un vale y dicen que no hacen vales … nos ofrecen venir antes de que termine el periodo de devolución . te toca llevarte unas que no te gustan ( porque cambia el color ) y pagar la diferencia siendo el mismo modelo porque les han subido el precio .
Lamentablemente no disponemos del ticket original para devolver el producto íntegro.
La primera y última vez que entro en esa tienda , os quejáis de las grandes superficies pero las facilidades son facilidades.

Lamentamos sinceramente que tu experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria. No obstante, queremos aclarar algunos puntos importantes respecto a tu visita, ya que consideramos fundamental ofrecer siempre información veraz y transparente.

Acudiste a nuestra tienda con un ticket regalo, SE TE INFORMO AL HACER LA COMPRA QUE SIN LA TARJETA ORIGINAL NO PODEMOS HACER LA DEVOLUCIÓN, el cual, tal como se informa en nuestras condiciones de compra, no permite devoluciones en efectivo ni reembolsos a tarjeta, además querías el reembolso en una que no es la utilizada en la compra original. En su lugar, se ofrece la posibilidad de cambiar por otro producto disponible en tienda dentro del plazo estipulado.

En este caso, seleccionaste unas zapatillas de un importe superior y, al informarte de la diferencia de precio, te negaste a abonarla, solicitando que cubriésemos nosotros el coste adicional, algo que lamentablemente no es posible.

En cuanto a las opciones de cambio, siempre intentamos ayudar dentro de nuestras posibilidades y stock disponible. Te ofrecimos alternativas para realizar el cambio dentro del plazo y conforme a nuestra política.

Lamentamos que esta experiencia no haya estado a la altura de tus expectativas. Entendemos que cada cliente es libre de elegir dónde comprar, y por nuestra parte, seguiremos trabajando para ofrecer la mejor atención y servicio posible a todos aquellos que valoran un trato justo, honesto y respetuoso.

Estuvimos hace unas semanas para buscar una pala, super contentos con el trato, nos atendió Esther. Nos aconsejo en materiales etc super encantados, si estas buscando material de padel sin duda es tu tienda.
