Was looking to surprise my girlfriend that lives only 8 minutes away from telerosas shop .
Was walking and by sheer luck happened to see the shop .
The shop attended was extremely helpful and a great joy to talk to.
Rocìo was amazing person
She prepared an amazing bouquet for my girlfriends 42nd birthday .
5 stars for being exceptional .

Ordering flowers to Spain through teleROSA was a great experience. The website was easy to navigate, and their customer service was excellent at helping me track down the delivery when it was left with a neighbour. The recipient confirmed the flowers were beautifully packaged and stunning

Great Support: Customer service was very helpful when I needed to track down the bouquet after it was dropped off next door.

Beautiful Flowers: The recipient was delighted, noting the arrangement was visually stunning and securely packaged.

Areas for Improvement:Delivery Communication: The courier left the flowers with a neighbour but did not leave a note or message to inform us. The drivers need to improve their communication so recipients know exactly where their items have been delivered.
