Molto soddisfatta, "Esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Il prodotto è arrivato in perfette condizioni e l'imballaggio era impeccabile. Nota di merito speciale per l'assistenza clienti, sempre presente e cordiale, e per l'installazione: il Sig. Francesco è il suo collega hanno lavorato con estrema cura, precisione e pulizia. È raro trovare un servizio così attento ai dettagli.

La valoración no es por el producto en sí, porqué todavía no he podido probarlo.
La valoración negativa es por la tardanza en el envío, ya que ha tardado 8 días en llegar a mi domicilio, un envío de Madrid a Bilbao (4 horas de coche).
Mi valoración negativa también para la empresa de trasporte UPS, ya que en lugar de llevarlo a mi domicilio, lo han dejado en un pabellón de alquiler de trasteros, que es un punto UPS, sin avisarme y alegando que en la dirección faltaba piso y letra. Claro, es un chalet, por eso solo figuraba el número y la calle. También tenían mi teléfono en la etiqueta de envío y no se dignaron en llamar.
En resumen, experiencia negativa y dudo que vuelva a comprar en esta tienda.

Cuando pregunté por qué había desaparecido la sauna del catálogo la respuesta fue vaga y difusa. Creo que este producto era defectuoso y se me trató de colar.

Je vous informe que pour le produit Hula-Hoop nous disposons d'extensions supplémentaires qui peuvent être ajoutées jusqu'à un tour de taille maximum de 108 cm.

Veuillez noter que l'échelle de fitness KEIZAN STAIRMASTER est livrée entièrement assemblée.
Il vous suffit de fixer les 2 rails latéraux (mains courantes). C'est une opération simple qui ne nécessite pas plus de 5-10 minutes, et elle sera prête pour sa première utilisation.

Andererseits ist er dank seiner ausziehbaren Fußstütze für Benutzer mit einer maximalen Körpergröße von 190-195 cm geeignet.

Concernant votre demande au niveau de l'utilisation de notre produti EKA STEPPER AUTO ce produit n'ai pas apte pour etre utiliser debout, meme en mode manuel. Nous avons d'autre produit stepper que vous pouvez adapter comme le model Twist.

El sillon KENSHO PLUS color gris azulado (muy clarito) esta disponible las medidas del sillon son con la caja de 76 cm de ancho x 128 cm largo y 117 cm de alto peso 96kg
la puerta de acceso tiene que medir minimo 78 cm. La entrega PREMIUM PLUS a 249,99€ incluye el transporte y el montage de su sillon, si hay que subirlo a un septimo piso hay que medir la puerta del ascensor. nos puede tambien escribir al mail de atencion al cliente cathy@globalrelax.com indicandonos un numero de telefono donde podriamos llamarle y darle mas informacion sobre el producto y la entrega.
