I ordered both of these buttons are they are great products. I had no room for the standard sized Player Start buttons in the 4 side rotatating control panel that I am building and took a change ordering from ArcadeExpress. I am from the US so I get nervous ordering out of our country but I am glad I ordered from here. They shipped FAST and the customer service is great as I needed to place a 2nd order since I screwed up on mhy 1st order and they got right back to me. I added this site to my favorites and would definitely order from them again.

I was pretty happy in the beginning but after a while the game began to glitch. After thouroughly cleaning the board the glitch was stille there. Then suddenly there was smoke. Immediately I turned off the machine to minimize damage. After inspection I found that the fourth lead of the converter was burned. Hopefully my board is this okay.

Therefore I must claim that the product is faulty and ask for a refund or a product that works accordingly.

Hello,
As you can see in the product description on our website, the "Brook Wingman XE2" is not compatible with PS5. If you read the product description carefully, it is used to connect the original Xbox 360/Xbox One/Elite 1&2/PS5 controllers to a PS3/PS4/Switch. At no point does it mention that you can use Xbox gamepads on a PS5. We think your criticism is totally unfair, as the device works perfectly and the problem was due to confusion on your part because you didn't know what you were buying.
