Tras mi primera compra destaco: la claridad y exactitud en la descripción de los libros expuestos en su tienda en línea. Ocurre lo mismo con la información sobre los métodos de compra y las condiciones de pago y el envío de los libros. La comunicación tras la compra es inmediata y se facilitan todos los datos con que realizar el seguimiento del envío. Que difícilmente resultará dañado gracias al empaquetado que gastan en esta librería, con dos sobres (el interior de ellos de tipo acolchado).

Han sido muy rápidos y te van informando de la preparación y envío del paquete. Además son muy detallistas, viene perfectamente empaquetado para proteger el libro y, en mi caso, como lo pedí durante las navidades, venía con felicitación y todo!

El proceso de compra fue muy sencillo y el pedido llego a tiempo.
El paquete fue realizado con mucho esmero y fue todo un detalle encontrar en su interior una tarjeta felicitándonos la navidad, ¡todo un detalle!
Muy recomendable y sin duda volvería a realizar una compra con ellos.

El trato fue muy bueno y cómo ellos mismos dicen se preocupan de que te lleguen bien. El envío fue muy rápido. Soy de México. El único incovenniente para mí fue la paquetería contratada en mi país, pero ubivo que eso es algo que la librería no puede controlar. Por lo demás todo bien.
