Un colchón que oh!! casualidad no cumple con las dimensiones establecidas en el sentido de que tiene un margen de tolerancia de +/ -2 cm, pero siempre son a favor del fabricante y nunca a favor del cliente los colchones de 21 cm no existen para el fabricante todos son de 19 perjudicando siempre al cliente. Los dos colchones que he comprado los dos colchones de 19 cm de altura qué casualidad?

Hemos comprado ya tres colchones. Eso demuestra que el producto nos convence y cumple perfectamente nuestras expectativas. Hasta hoy todo bien. En esta ocasión el envío ha sido penoso. En la política de envío, el colchón se entrega en la puerta del domicilio. El transportista se negó. No hubo manera. Que a la calle a recogerlo. El Almacén del Colchón hizo gestiones, pero no sirvieron de nada. Pasaron tres semanas esperando hasta que tuvieron que contratar a otra empresa de transporte. Si a la primera ya te dicen que no piensan entregar en puerta de domicilio, no hay que hacer esperar al cliente tres semanas. Hay que tener más diligencia. Más celeridad en solventar la entrega y después ya tomaréis las medidas oportunas con esa empresa de transporte.
