Envío en tiempo estipulado. El colchón, teniendo en cuenta el precio está bien, firmeza suficiente para quien no pese mucho. El único problema que le achaco es cosido defectuoso en algunas partes, aunque no afectará a la comodidad ni a la durabilidad. Buena relación calidad precio (comprado por 63,27€).

Mala experiencia. La entrega se demoró 7 días debido a la empresa de transportes. El colchón y su plástico tenían un fuerte olor a rancio, hubo que tenerlo ventilando 48 h .
El canapé venía sin instrucciones de montaje, y no están disponibles en la web. El colchón mide 26 cm, no 30 cm , a pesar de haberlo dejado 24h tras abrirlo , tal y como pone en la web.
El SAT trató de ir solventando estos problemas, pero la experiencia no ha sido en absoluto lo espero de esta tienda .

No recomiendo está empresa. Hice un pedido con dos artículos, me llegó uno solo, y tuve que hacer una reclamación, el transporte no sabía nada y no se dignaron en avisar de la anomalía, en un principio pensé que se trataba de un timo.Tarda mucho en hacer el envío, solo espero recibir el segundo artículo y no tener que volver a reclamar. Todo muy mal
