I am under a lot of stress, I work third shift and I consume a lot of caffeine.This keeps my blood pressure normal and my heart rate went from 100 to 70. I feel much less stressed,I'm pretty sure this raises testosterone levels, i have a more masculine musk and I swear when I used this back in my early 20's my jaw got wider.

Ashwaganda price at $9.99 for 120 capsule. The Double Wood Supplement are good company. However, this year 2025 the stake are much higher. If this company can find some way of making this same product but turn it into a soft capsule that look like a fish oil...I AM SOLD. There are other company here in amazon that are making soft-gel technology, the competition is about to get furious here in Amazon.

Unfortunately these vitamins were not stored properly and I got a big clump of pills in the bottle. I had to pry them apart. Some pills were loose but most were clumped together.

They are good, not magical, you had to make sure to eat them 30 minutes before going to sleep or maybe if you are already in bed, or at least not working, scrolling on your phone or gaming, if you do that then you can feel to get drowsy and fall asleep easily.
