These are nothing special but the doctor told me I should take them. I found out later I could have gotten them for free through insurance so I may be giving negative energy here since I couldn't return an already opened product that had been used, but so far I see no difference. Maybe my doctor is wrong and I don't really need them? Anyway, the price isn't bad. I am just bitter. :)
